Carlos E. García es un artista moderno abstracto y figurativo.  En sus trabajos busca  compartir su visión del arte colorido y dramático con especial atención hacia aquellos observadores que disfrutan del color y sus variaciones.

El artista reside en Rockville desde 1991, Cursó estudios en Montgomery College (Rockville Campus), The Yellow Art Studio y la Universidad de Maryland en College Park.

Trabaja en una variedad de medios pero principalmente con acrílicos, óleos, pasteles, carboncillo y lápiz; su obra se concentra principalmente en la creación abstracta, el estudio de la figura y también el paisaje.

Carlos Garcia ha expuesto en Rockville Art League (The Glenview Mansion – Rockville, Md).; Capitol Arts Network - Rockville, Md.; Thomas Farm Community Center - Rockville, Md.; United States Patent and Trademark Office - Alexandria, VA; Figure Models Guild at MOCA Art Gallery - Washington D.C. y Montgomery College - Rockville, Md. Carlos actualmente ocupa el cargo de Outreach & Events Coordinator en The Latino Art League of  Greater Washington, DC.



Biography


Carlos E. Garcia is an abstract and figurative modern artist. In his work he seeks to share his vision of the colorful and dramatic art with special attention to those observers who enjoy the color and its variations.


The artist lives in Rockville since 1991, studied at Montgomery College (Rockville Campus), The Yellow Art Studio and the University of Maryland in College Park.He works in a variety of ways but mainly with acrylics, oils, pastels, charcoal and pencil; His work focuses primarily on the abstract creation, the study of the figure and the landscape.
